This class will train individuals in the use of Automated External Defibrillation (AED). It will provide the skills necessary to best aid the victim of cardiac arrest with rapid defibrillation access before the arrival of EMS, greatly increasing the chances of survival.
Training includes recognition of unresponsive victims, review of equipment operation and maintenance, discussion of treatment and valuable hands-on practice designed to increase skills.
